We are pleased to report the success of the Stewardship campaign so far:
Number of pledges received: 1,113 households
Dollars pledged: $4,164,359
Stewardship goal: $5,000,000
As you can see, we still need to raise more money to meet our goal and fund the 2008 budget. We are trying to reach our target by December 15, to allow the Finance Committee to complete the budgeting process.
If you are still considering a pledge, you can return your pledge card, pledge online or over the phone (call Karen Linn in the Stewardship office, at 214-365-3507).

Pledge cards should arrive in the mail during the first week of October.
Remember that a pledge is not a contract – it’s a promise between you and God.
Pledges are used to determine our budget. Plate offerings, while important, do not provide us with the opportunity to plan and commit to the ministries we are called to support for the coming year.
Stewardship Sunday is October 14. Bob Dannals will be preaching in the sanctuary at the 8:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services.
Pledge cards for Children and Youth are available through Sunday School classes.
Please return your pledge cards during any church service on Commitment Sunday, October 21.
